About The Opportunity


Our Petawawa based client is in need of a Computer Application Support to work on site at client location.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Perform system trouble-shooting printer and CPU
  • Provide support to enable the systems to be operating to their maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Build new reports
  • Convert documents to ASCII format
  • Write special routines
  • Use file conversion features from one application to another
  • Merge files and documents across platforms
  • Managing Active Directory and MS Exchange to create, modify and delete accounts/mailboxes
  • Integrate different software packages


About You


The successful candidate will have the following:


  • Must have previous experience providing Computer Application Support
  • Post secondary degree in a related field
  • Must have previous experience managing Active Directory and MS Exchange to create, modify and delete accounts/mailboxes
  • Experience working with DWAM, ASSYST/EITSM and Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop connection is a definite asset
  • Must be cleared at a minimum level of Secret Level II
  • Must have excellent English communication skills

  • Contract Duration: ASAP to February 1, 2024 (strong possibility of extension)
  • Location: Required Onsite in Petawawa
