Junior Computer Application Support Jobs

Carrying out customer installs, both remotely and on-site

Experience in one or more of the following technical areas:

Must have previous experience providing Computer Application Support

Must have previous experience managing Active Directory and MS Exchange to create, modify and delete accounts/mailboxes

Must have excellent English communication skills

Provide support to enable the systems to be operating to their maximum efficiency and productivity

Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform and Azure based solutions satisfying customer requirements

Prepare an assessment of the current state related to the prioritized Use Case and detail technical/functional requirements

Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

Create and modify Power BI Analytics reports and dashboards based on requirements from stakeholders

Build and support competency and skill sets in the space

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
