As COD Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the organization to enable the development of capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors to empower commercial area employees as they execute our strategic plan.


We are looking for a COD Executive who is customer and results oriented, has excellent communication skills, demonstrated growth mindset, and works collaboratively to drive positive change.


YOUR DAY TO DAY


  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers in order to develop, validate, and create learning solutions that address their unique business needs.
  • Staying up to date on adult learning innovations and trends through professional development.
  • Advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization on the most appropriate approach for the implementation of learning solutions to support specific business needs
  • Managing the front end and back end of the commercial learning LMS
  • Ensuring all training programs are executed in a timely manner and within the allocated budget
  • Applying adult learning principles to the development of learning solutions to ensure relevance, impact, and effectiveness
  • Liaising with global capability building colleagues to support the launch of global learning initiatives across Canada, sharing best practices with other markets
  • Leading in-person and virtual instructor led training programs to support the building of commercial capabilities (i.e., the functional knowledge and skills required to succeed in a commercial area role)
  • Measuring ROI on training initiatives, tracking performance and completion of training programs, and adjusting future iterations of training based on feedback
  • Communicating with key stakeholders and end users to coordinate and deploy learning initiatives across Canada.
  • Reviewing, localizing, and deploying global capability building training content to maximize market relevance and application


What We Are Looking For


  • French is an asset.
  • Experience in onboarding, training content development and delivery or sales
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong executive presence, ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • A University degree in a related discipline
  • E-learning, Power BI and Project management experience is an asset
  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects at a given time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in CPG or international companies is an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
