A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in onboarding, training content development and delivery or sales

Good understanding (and work experience) with IT Operations and IT Service Management

Deep knowledge of specific ACSM (Adoption and Change & Service Management) domains.

Deep knowledge of ITIL/ITSM for cloud operations. Either ITSM and ITIL certification, LEAN certification, OR Six Sigma certification is required.

5+ years of IT ACSM experience; at least 2 years within the consulting industry

Experience with cloud migration, ideally to Microsoft Azure

Excellent communication skills - written, presentation and white board Executive presence.

Practical knowledge of a complex Human Resources Management System such as PeopleSoft is an asset.

Strong administrative skills and knowledge of office procedures and filing systems (electronic and paper).

Ability to work independently under general direction, including using judgment to manage and prioritize day-to-day priorities.

Demonstrated commitment to, and considerable experience delivering a high level of customer service.

Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively listen and assist in resolving problems.

Leads implementation of the organization engagement strategy including operationalizing support to the Engagement Radical network.

Liaises with and provides support to key development initiatives undertaken through People and Organization Development.

Provides design and facilitation support for large leadership forums in the organization.

Provides consulting services to senior leadership and management staff, focused on improving team, leader and systems effectiveness.

Demonstrated expertise in conflict management.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly of change initiatives.

Demonstrated knowledge of organization development theory and applications.

Demonstrated group facilitation skills in an organization development role.
