Here's the deal: We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our growing Family Office practice as a Client Services Associate. We need someone who's ready to rock and roll with our new and dynamic department. You'll be crafting customized solutions for our clients' unique needs while being part of an exciting and specialized group with some seriously big ambitions.


Working directly with our Family Office Partners, you'll build relationships that last longer than your favorite dance moves. You'll be responsible for ensuring our clients are ecstatic with our services, and you'll oversee the implementation of mind-blowing client service strategies. But that's not all! You'll also collaborate with various business groups within the Firm to provide strategic planning, tax planning, estate and succession planning, tax optimization strategies, and independent wealth oversight. That's right – you'll be a master of the financial universe! Having said that, we will consider people who come from some sort of client management or bring an account management background - No finance experience necessary.


Now, let's talk about you. To join this groovy journey, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Plus, you'll need to bring 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer service, with a significant emphasis on building and managing client relationships. If you have a background in Financial, Business, Investment, Banking, or Insurance, consider yourself a star on the stage. Strong knowledge of client engagements and service is essential, along with being self-accountable and organized. And if you're detail-oriented with follow-through skills, you're already halfway to the spotlight.


We want someone with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a diverse portfolio of work.
