Randstad now has an excellent opportunity for an Advisor's Assistant in the Wealth Management industry. This is a rare & excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to grow into an Investment Advisor position, within a highly qualified team.
Opportunity: Full time, permanent
Location: Comox, BC
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Opportunity: Full time, permanent
Location: Comox, BC
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

- Maintain client files, requesting information when necessary
- Assist Advisors in preparing account documentation including client reviews, presentations, correspondence and reports
- Receive phone calls and answer emails from clients, responding to requests and supporting strong client relationships
- Resolve inquiries related to accounts
- First point of contact - incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, Advisors and other partners
- Filing and general administrative office duties as required
- Maintain expense records and spreadsheets
- Minimum one year experience in professional office setting, preferably in finance or banking sectors
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to complete the Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) within one year (courses are reimbursed)
- Post-secondary education an asset
