Job Description
Firm


This role is with a boutique Wealth Management firm that offers Investment Management, Financial Planning, Accounting and Family Office Management for ultra high net worth clients ($2 million+) and Family Office Clients (with assets ranging between $20 million to $200 million).


You will be a valuable member of the team supporting the firms Investment Counselors and Financial Planners.


Primary Responsibilities


  • To provide administrative support to the wealth management and financial planning divisions
  • To manage the flow of outgoing and incoming investment applications and forms needed in the administration of new and existing clients
  • To ensure that all client files and data are current and adhere to compliance regulations
  • To confirm and record all requested account transactions
  • Assist with client review reports and new client orientation processes
  • To provide superior client service support
  • To respond to client inquiries about accounts and provide them with prompt, courteous administrative support
  • Reception duties one day a week
  • To print and mail quarterly newsletters to prospects and clients
  • To maintain the confidential nature of the work at all times


Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 base salary + Bonus (5% of Salary). Might be a little flexibility on compensation depending on experience.
