The Successful Applicant Will Possess The Following Traits

• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and talkative manner, describing food items and making recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, including carving meats and plating.
• Providing friendly and engaging customer service, describing our exquisite culinary creations with enthusiasm.
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to culinary standards.
• Showcasing your skills in carving meats and skillfully crafting beautifully finished plates.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of presentation and taste.

Job Requirements

• Flexible weekly schedule/availability
• A journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification
• Culinary educational background an asset
• 2-3+ years experience in a similar position OR
