Job Description
Would you excel at leading a diverse and fast-growing Child & Youth team to ensure quality programming for children and their families?

  • Being part of a growing team of like-minded people who strive to deliver quality programs for children and youth throughout the Southern Interior of British Columbia

We’d love to hear with people with:


  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel comfortably
  • Experience building staff schedules and ability to complete bi-weekly payroll and oversee departmental budget
  • A class 4 driver’s license and willingness to drive to various locations
  • Experience with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding staff
  • Staff supervision and mentorship experience as well as ability to manage conflict resolution and progressive discipline
  • Experience in program development and implementation of children’s programs
  • Willingness to supervise programs in multiple locations
