Your aspiration is not an easy - or even moderate difficult - career but a rewarding one.

Responsibilities

• Consult with co-packers, flavour houses, and relevant partners to develop drinks that can be mass produced
• Team-up with marketing to launch growth-oriented campaigns as well as engineering to ensure dispensed beverages taste as good as freshly made
• Know the beverage landscape from incumbent to trends to hidden gaps
• Optimize beverage platforms to lead industry in profit margin and efficiency
• Develop knowledge and skills to bring our offering to the fore-front of beverage culture
• Craft elevated and unique zero-proof beverages that delights the senses
• Obsess over flavour, body, temperature, etc… of the beverages
• Learn about what kind of beverages has exceptional uptake and retention through data-drive testing

Requirements

• Understanding of nutrition and how to replicate flavours with healthier alternatives
• Experience in how to create various flavours, texture, body and other beverage aspects
• Experience as a bartender at a leading beverage establishment OR worked in the beverage industry as a product development specialist
• A mentality of going beyond to reach the unreachable
• An absolute obsession of making great beverages and have a difficult to satisfy standard
• Industry leading flavour palette
