We are currently looking for an effective, outgoing, and organized individual with excellent digital marketing skills in B2B. This individual‘s responsibilities will include managing website content, administering the company’s CRM, managing social media content and Google analytics. This individual will have prior experience with various marketing functions, such as communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
- Administering the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Create outgoing marketing content
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing, branding, and advertising activities
- Manage website content using Webflow
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data
- Manage and produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms
Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Webflow and Canva is an asset
- Great sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Very good communication – oral, written and copywriting
- Strong knowledge and experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) database is required
- 2 Years minimum experience in B2B Marketing
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently move projects forward
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Not looking to sponsor at this time
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude with a high level of creativity
- Photography and photo editing skills
- Digital-Marketing courses required
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or another business-related field
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is an asset
- Friendly individual who can work as an independent contributor and as part of a team

- Salary: $57,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Hybrid role - In office required 3 times per week
- Monday to Friday
Location:
- Port Hope, ON L1A 4A4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
