Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing digital assets including the development, testing, deployment, documentation, and analysis of all digital platforms. You will help internal business functions understand and improve interaction with our digital platforms by accurately measuring the effectiveness of our digital properties, our mobile app, and digital marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

• Lead the rollout of new implementations and platform enhancements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital initiatives.
• Provide interpretation and key insights to business leaders.
• Help deliver the strategy and ongoing enhancements to IC Savings digital platforms.
• Conduct analyses to support digital tactics and strategies and provide custom insights.
• Work with key internal and external partners to plan, execute, and successfully launch IC Savings digital banking products and services.
• Execute digital marketing campaign and maintain content on existing websites.
• Recommend and assist Marketing in the development of marketing initiatives for products and services.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

• Experience in simplifying technical complexities for a non-technical audience.
• Experience with OpenText and WordPress web site management.
• Proactive in identifying needs and initiating action.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics/Launch.
• Flexible, analytical, collaborative, results oriented, problem solver, organized, and used to working under time constraints.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Experience implementing and/or managing digital analytics platforms.
• The ability to clearly explain and demonstrate the value of marketing technologies.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, Java, CSS Opentext, PHP, SQL.
• Degree or diploma in business, management, marketing, or information technology.
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience as a web developer/digital marketing analytics role with experience in tracking digital performance, preferably in the financial services industry.

Working Conditions/Physical Effort

• The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by being able to successfully perform the essential functions of the job; these include, but are not limited to sitting, considerable use of computer and phone, and seldom moving of items up to 25 pounds in weight.
• Professional, team oriented, office environment.
• Standard corporate business hours based on 37.5-hour work week from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm; ability to work overtime, if required.
