Job Description
Are you looking for a great new exciting opportunity for a property management company? Are you familiar with the a Standard Ontario Lease and it's legislations? This role is important to the successful operation of 4 residential buildings and will be the key liaison between the building and contractors!
Assistant Property Manager/Community Manager
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (and 4pm on Fridays!)
  • Full Time permanent role
  • Location: Ottawa south-east

Responsibilities
  • Assist with annual suite inspections
  • Respond and tend to tenant emergencies when necessary
  • Host weekly team meetings in conjunction with the Property Manager
  • Ensure maintenance repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for the supervision and activities of all site staff, service providers and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all legislations
  • Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (Bilingual is not mandatory but an asset)
  • Superior time management skills
  • 3-5 years experience in customer service and administration
  • Property management is considered an asset
