Leader Name: Senior Manager, Asset Management

As ATB's next Asset Manager with People Places & Spaces (PP&S), you will report to the Senior Manager, Asset Management. You'll be part of a team of 3 Asset Managers (North/Central/South Regions) and will be accountable for the facility element conditions to achieve Facility Condition Index (FCI) goals. This will be accomplished through your expert use of AssetPlanner tools, report analysis, AssetPlanner iAuditor program, inspection program, maintenance program & life cycle planning/prioritization. You'll travel to each site in your region on a quarterly basis to complete audit and inspection work, as well as minor repairs and maintenance. While onsite, you'll build relationships with onsite team members, educating them on facility processes and tools, and maintaining the client facility experience integrity. These roles are required to be on call approximately once every eight weeks.

These roles are pivotal in executing on the PP&S Strategic Blueprint objectives. We are excited to further develop FCI annual targets to continuously improve the facility data integrity, and to integrate this data in all aspects of our business to drive future decisions.

PP&S is ATB's real estate and facilities business unit and leads: real estate strategy, workplace optimization & experience, spatial design, construction, project management, leasing & subleasing management, facilities management & maintenance, asset management, facility operations, occupational health & safety, and physical security. PP&S oversees ATB's 1.5 million square feet of space and the team is deeply connected to transforming banking through ATB's client facing locations, and leading the way with corporate workplace transformation, both of which bring ATB's mandate to life and make it possible for Albertans.

Asset Manager Accountabilities

• Life Cycle Project Identification
• Asset Planning Module Data Integrity and Management, incl. Facility Elements, Signage, Banking & Physical Security Equipment
• Basic vehicle maintenance
• Quarterly Hazard Assessment Reviews
• Minor repairs and maintenance during quarterly site visits
• Facilities Furniture Inventory Management
• Surplus Asset Management
• Storage Management
• Bi-Annual Facilities Inspections & Documentation, incl. subleased spaces
• Asset Planning Module FCI Management
• On Call Rotation accountability approximately every 8 weeks
• Bi-Annual Facilities Audits & Documentation, incl. subleased spaces
• Maintain Client Facility Experience integrity
• Travel throughout the geographic portfolio each week for +/- 3 days

Requirements

As The Ideal Candidate You Possess

• Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting ATB's environment.
• Demonstrated relationship building skills
• Asset life cycle management experience
• Experience maintaining the client and team member experience within space
• A valid class 5 driver's license
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Repair and maintenance skills
• 3+ years of asset management planning experience
• Facilities Management designation (CFM, RPA, FMA)
• Experience with a distributed retail network
