Project Manager - Asset Care Program

This opportunity is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire scope of an Asset Care Program (ACP) which includes the following:

• Leading team members, ensuring aligned priorities, removing barriers, and work prioritization.
• Perform ongoing resource assessments in preparation for budget cycles to ensure continued project success.
• Develop, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to the working team monthly.
• Oversee the main work process activities and facilitate the creation of necessary work processes / work flows / work instructions to enable consistent and efficient delivery of the project deliverables, as well as enabling continuous improvements.
• Monitor progress, prioritize, drive delivery, and execute on the key project deliverables.

Requirements

• 10 or more years experience working at refining / chemical plant operation and maintenance facilities.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a PMP designation or equivalent.
• Familiar with asset information management, document and records management framework, engineering design tools and engineering project deliverables
• An exceptional communicator, facilitator and team leader
• Experience in the application and implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) work process and other reliability tools.
• Must reside in Edmonton or the surrounding area.
• Experience with organizational change management practices, project reporting, planning and execution
• Awareness in the principles of process safety management, risk assessment, and process equipment maintenance is an asset
• Experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Maximo.
