Child Care Project Manager Jobs

Proven recent program development experience, with knowledge of federal, provincial contract management.

A minimum of 2-years’ experience in program management and/or funding and proposal/grant writing;

Experience with SharePoint and webinar development is strongly preferred along with strong computer literacy skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge and experience working with immigrant, refugee, ethnocultural and racialized communities

Knowledge and experience working in gender-based violence programs and systems.

Experience and knowledge of evaluation, outcomes measurement and research methodologies.

Organizational and time management skills

University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or similar; preferably in Project Management methodologies, principles and practices

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager (or related position)

With guidance, you will manage all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Associate PM designation, enrollment in the certification or Lean Six Sigma certification desirable

In organizing and administering programs and projects

In preparing reports, correspondence and other communications

In administrative functions and activities

In planning, developing and conducting presentations, seminars, meetings, events, and/or conferences

In budget development and administration

In applying policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislation

Strong change management, facilitation, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Providing senior management with options and recommendations for improving systems support and transformative change.

Defining the roles and responsibilities of the project team

Demonstrated experience in Indigenous Health, Social Services, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Policy or other related discipline.

Demonstrated experience with managing complex projects involving multiple, diverse stakeholders and organizations

Experience building and maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships/partnerships between Yukon First Nation communities and Yukon Government

10+ years of project management experience with a PMP designation or equivalent.

Experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Maximo.

Experience with organizational change management practices, project reporting, planning and execution

Familiar with asset information management, document and records management framework, engineering design tools and engineering project deliverables

Awareness in the principles of process safety management, risk assessment, and process equipment maintenance is an asset

Experience in the application and implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) work process and other reliability tools.

Sr. I.T. Project Manager (Applications & Health Care)

This position can be worked 100% remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Comfortable presenting to Sr. Executive level stakeholders

Proven track-record of managing 1-3 projects concurrently with a broad range in scope & duration

Contract duration - 12 months to start with high potential for extension(s)

Hourly rate - $95 - $105 per hour for an INC consultant
