Analyst, Engineering Program Management

In your role, you will coordinate internal and external activities between functions. The role of the Program Analyst is to ensure governance, integration, communication, evaluation, and execution of various elements of the Program is in accordance with the program strategy (includes customer requirements, quality, and business case requirements) and schedule.

In your role, you will:

• Prioritization of PCRs according to business needs,
• Manage governance related to your portfolio, prepare the necessary content for successful cross functional alignment.
• Be accountable for the overall execution of your portfolio:
• Perform continuous risk management.
• Develop and track detailed schedules,
• Lead critical PCRs through Change Management process,
• Lead and facilitate program reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels.
• Control portfolio costs (manpower, material, and other direct costs), support negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in terms of schedule, technical scope, and commercial impact
• Manage strategy, scope, and budget,
• Oversight of strategic PCRs, providing leadership and support to team members and visibility to leadership team.

• You show an open mind and a great ability to work in a team.
• You are customer oriented and innovative in problem solving.
• You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset);
• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma and at least eight (8) or more years of experience in aerospace.
• You have strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset.
• You have relevant technical experience in aircraft manufacturing and knowledge of aircraft systems
• You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management.
• You are results oriented, and have good negotiations and influencing skills
