Loyalty Program Management Analyst Jobs

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of loyalty program design principles and customer lifecycle management.

Proven experience (5+ years) in loyalty program strategy, data analysis, customer segmentation, predictive modeling. Experience within consulting is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful loyalty program strategies.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Work with Diagnostics Program Managers using PowerBI, JIRA, JAMA, Tableau, Excel to create visual charts and project data/progress analysis

Experience with scripting language, an added bonus

Assist program managers in preparing project documents

Collaborate with internal and external groups on behalf of the Diag Program Manager team

Excellent communication skills oral and written. 

Capable of communicating problems, solutions, and progress with the Program Managers and stakeholders. 

Extensive knowledge and advanced skills in product management.

Utilizing project management capabilities to support a strong analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach.

Data segmentation and administration process management.

What knowledge and skills do you need to have:

Monitor, evaluate, and keep customers' services and benefits up to date.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Growth, Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Marketing is required.

Assisting in Fraud Mitigation and Management for the program through customer transactional data investigations

Strong communication skills and experience presenting concise recommendations and solutions to audiences at various levels of the organization

3 years of experience developing campaign A/B testing and continual optimization of future offers.

Atleast 3 years of experience and/or deep knowledge of the loyalty or retail industry

Previous experience with financial services is an asset.

The Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;

Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;

Present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;

Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed;

You have at least five (5) years of relevant experience;

You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;

You have strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset.

Lead critical PCRs through Change Management process,

Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels.

You have relevant technical experience in aircraft manufacturing and knowledge of aircraft systems

You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management.

You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy.
