The Role

You will Engage with customers and account partners to identify AI and Generative AI opportunities and help build proposals and pitch materials. Design, Develop and implement architectures for AI and generative AI models. You will join the Kyndryl Architect Profession, working closely with other Kyndryl Architects, Project Managers and technical subject matter experts. You will create High-Level Designs and participate in Design Authorities to create the solutions that drive our Clients forward.

Who you are:

The chosen candidate will play the following roles and take on the below responsibilities.

• Stay updated with the latest research advancements in AI and generative AI, and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art techniques and drive innovation within Kyndryl
• Provide and maintain AI best practices, standards and guidelines internally
• Work in conjunction with AI consultants and AI Engineers on use cases ideation, PoC design through development, deployment and steady state
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for development and engineering teams You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, you excel at articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. This talent for clear communication enables you to foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment where ideas can flourish, and innovative solutions can be developed. As a natural problem-solver, you approach challenges with a keen analytical and critical-thinking mindset, striving to uncover the most effective and efficient solutions to any issue. Your ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is a testament to your resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional results for customers and your team alike.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and platforms based on project requirements
• Communicate with CTO / CDO / CIO level execs and demonstrate the value of proposed architectural design, recommendations and the business outcomes
• Identify emerging technologies in AI and Generative AI services space, incubate the technologies, measure the outcome and develop architecture for new offerings

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Solid understanding of various AI fundamentals, such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI
• Good knowledge of generative modelling techniques, such as GANs, VAEs, or similar architectures
• Understanding of some of the popular ML frameworks such as SparkML, Tensorflow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, H2o etc. Good understanding of foundational statistics concepts and algorithms: linear/logistic regression, random forest, boosting, ANN’s, etc.
• Vertex AI Certification
• Proven experience as an AI Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) or a containerized environment (Mesos, Kubernetes)
• Should have knowledge in ModelOps/MLOps, AutoML, AI Ethics, Trust and Explainable AI
• Microsoft AI Certification

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Cloud Fundamentals Certification
• Cloud based Data Certification
