The Administrative Associate – is a new addition to our Voisey’s Bay clinic team. They will be a key part of the team as they are responsible for a variety of duties that keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.


Here’s How


Duties & responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with all team members to provide a welcoming and client-focused environment
  • Book appointments as required in clinic
  • Sending employer notifications to supervisors/managers
  • Answering phones
  • Complete data entry
  • Assist with ordering supplies
  • On-Site Medicals
  • Audiograms
  • Greeting clients and ensure they are taken care of when they enter the clinic
  • Spirometry
  • Support clinic as needed
  • Work with Team Managers on-site to assist with setting up travel
  • Help with COVID isolations and follow up
  • Build, organize, upload and audit client files
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assisting with various office duties including filing and photocopying


Qualifications


You're the missing piece of the puzzle


  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Ability to work independently but also as an active member of our team
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized, take initiative and prioritize workload
  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle a wide variety of projects
