Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Permanent - 16409
About The Opportunity
Our nationwide client headquartered in the Ottawa east area is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their fast-paced, growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Posting payments, working closely with the GL
  • Processing outstanding payments, updating appropriate payment reports
  • High volume, full-cycle accounts receivables
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Providing reporting as needed
  • Processing payments, application of funds to appropriate accounts
  • Inquiry into misdirected funds
  • Liaise with vendors as needed, answering inquiries while providing quality and professional direction
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English), bilingualism a strong asset
  • 1+ years experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative
