Accounts Payable Specialist - Downtown Toronto- Starting This Week

Randstad has partnered with a reputable Non-Profit organization in downtown Toronto, looking to bring in temporary contract support with the potential of converting to a permanent position.
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of AP experience, post secondary education and be proficient with MS Great Plains.

Responsibilities
Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices using MS Dynamics and Great Plains
Process employee credit card expenses in Great Plains
Record banking entries
Complete bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Support Director of Operations with accounting and finance needs
Qualifications
4+ years experience in Accounts Payable
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Proficiency with Great Plains/MS Dynamics
