Accounts Payable Administrator Jobs

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support our Accounts Payable team by entering invoices into JD Edwards in a time sensitive and efficient manner, printing/sorting/scanning invoices. Salary $45,000-$50,000 per year

This is a maternity leave coverage for 12-15 months with immediate access to benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure all invoices and expense claims are entered accurately into JD Edwards as per monthly timeline requirements.
• Obtain the appropriate approvals for all invoices received before processing for payment.
• Ensure all invoices are entered to meet payment runs.
• Identify any transactions that pose a risk to the company.
• Follow-up with vendors/internal staff for invoice discrepancies.
• Achieve monthly timeline requirements.

• One year of AP experience
• Related education an asset
