Our client is a one of the oldest real estate groups in the country. With offices in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia, the Accounts Payable Administrator will be located out of the Corporate Head Office in Toronto.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To
As a member of the corporate finance and accounting team, the Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the full cycle AP function for several offices. The A/P Administrator reviews and processes a high volume of invoices ensuring compliance to all policies and guidelines, and investigates outstanding items.
  • Respond to payment inquiries from vendors and/or internal departments.
  • Accurately process vendor invoices, expense reports and Realtor® charges in an accurate and timely fashion ensuring coding is correct and all invoices are properly authorized.
  • Post cash receipts (cheques, credit cards, pre-authorized debits) to agent accounts
  • Coordinate and execute weekly cheque runs, including matching and distributing cheques and processing of EFT’s.
  • Understand and adhere to company purchase and payables policies and validate appropriate invoice approvals and spending limits
Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of accounting practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, experience with Lonewolf would be a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • College or University Degree with minimum 2 years experience in a full cycle, fast paced environment
