10-15 years of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a focus on the full cycle development of 3-storey townhomes.

Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proven experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Facilitate and enhance team efforts on a professional level and share specialized knowledge, sources, experience, concepts, and skills.

Knowledgeable about disabilities and all life stages (children to seniors)

Promotes an understanding and awareness of vision health related issues through consultation, public education, and in-service training.

Provide timely delivery of low vision services to ensure individuals with vision loss acquire travel skills to remain/regain independence.

Takes initiative to be knowledgeable of guide dog schools and their programs.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate group education.

10 years experience within Project Management, majority preferably with a General Contractor, and must have High-Rise Residential

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

Prepare scopes of work (SOW) for Trades,

Develop bidding strategy, assemble bid packages, administer tender process, execute contract negotiations

Monitor Contractor / Vendor pending costs

10 years experience within Project Management, majority preferably with a General Contractor, and must have High-Rise.

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

Lead project team, keeping project within budget and on schedule

Prepare scopes of work (SOW) for Trades,

Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for several projects at one time

Perform budget and estimate for project including design build, construction management, cost plus and other projects not considered typical tendered projects

5+ years experience as a Project Manager in high-rise buildings

Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products

Knowledge of construction terms, processes and methods

Manage the preparation of documents for registration and final closing

Strong project management skills and attention to detail with an ability to identify risk, problem solving, and effective communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Project Management.

Supplemental courses in Project Cost Management would be an added advantage.

Manage change orders throughout the duration of our projects, including negotiating, assessing cost and schedule impact.

Demonstrate leadership skills with ability to provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
