Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements for internal management and investors

Generate and review the monthly reporting dashboard for senior management review

Develop good business rapport with the operations team, finance team and other stakeholders

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant technical discipline

CPA designated, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry

Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and finance department

Improving monthly and quarterly reporting for management, audit committee, and board of directors

Develop and improve dashboard reports to C level management

Advanced MS Excel and Hyperion experience with strong financial reporting skills and IT savvy

Work with various department heads to improve current reporting and analysis

· Data entry, audits, enrolling sub contractors, and checking of subcontractor qualification status.

· 1 + years of Finance or Accounting related experience is an asset.

4 - 6 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance and/or related functions

Experience with NetSuite, E*TRADE and/or Workiva a benefit

Bachelors or Masters Degree in accounting or finance

Salary Range $60K - $68 based on qualifications and experience

oSupport the Accounting Supervisor in the day-to-day activities of the Finance department.

oMonitor program expenditures against budget, contracts, and contribution agreements; provide Program Managers with monthly financial reports.

Experience in FULL-CYCLE Accounting is a must for this role

Manage and oversee the financial analysis process, including vendor invoice payments, coding, and forecasting support.

Provide expert advisory support in invoice payment procedures, utilizing knowledge of G/L and responsibility codes, and escalate issues when necessary.

Previous experience in Analytical role - 3-5 years

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, planning, and forecasting activities related to expenses and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to support internal processes.
