Junior Financial Analyst Jobs

The Junior Financial Analyst will be based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick (100 Midland Drive, E1A 7G9) and will work in cost accounting and financial analysis, process documentation, be an analytical thinker, highly motivated, curious, and possess excellent communication skills. The Analyst will work with manufacturing sites utilizing reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, TM1, etc) and advanced excel modelling to provide financial insight and support during period-end budgets, and reporting for special projects. This is a permanent, full-time position. The primary language of work is English.

Job Requirements

• 1 years in a junior/intermediate accounting position
• Experience with ERP systems (familiarity with JD Edwards would be considered an asset)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work well independently and with the team
• Strong PC application skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel)
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic working environment
• 1 years of cost accounting work experience
• Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) or currently enrolled in CPA
• Years of Experience: 1 years of work experience in a financial setting

The Main Duties/responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Assist in analyzing monthly forecasting, multi-year rolling forecasts, strategic financial plans, and annual budgets
• Provide financial support & analysis to manufacturing sites
• Identify and drive improvements to existing processes, tools, and information knowledge.
• Develop and deploy automated financial analysis and modelling.
