Working with Jira as the project management software.

Collaborate with the Agile Project Manager, Lead Designer, and 3D Modellers to align creative vision, technical feasibility, and project timelines.

Support the deployment of third-party custom-made XR experiences at all campuses.

Manage all XR deployment content on an integrated learning platform.

Manage the GitHub account for versioning and merging of XR code.

Reports and records daily maintenance requirements in order to maintain the quality and appearance of the Conferences &Accommodation facilities.

Balances cash and receipts and maintains a functional cash float for which he/she is uniquely responsible.

Initiates Standard University Emergency Procedures when necessary thereby promoting guest safety and satisfaction.

Provides information concerning conference, public services and tourism to guests whenever possible.

Handles keys and maintains a strict measure of key control.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with databases (ie- Experiential Learning Management Systems, Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems)

Posts placement opportunities for students using the college’s learning management system and experimental learning management system systems

Familiarity with contract management, policies, process documentation, and occupational health and safety protocols

Contacts employers to confirm specific requirements and availability for student placements

Screens student resumes ensuring requirements are met for employers

Tracks student interview progress and placement offers

Significant teaching experience as well as a demonstrated ability to deliver this core music composition curriculum at the post-secondary level.

Note: This year the course will focus upon chamber music composition.

A minimum of two years of experience working with engaging post-secondary or youth populations.

Knowledge of intersectional, anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices relating to mental health, harm reduction, social-emotional learning, and suicide prevention.

Excellent knowledge of best practices in program development, implementation, and evaluation

Knowledge of Canadian Mental Health Standard, Okanagan Charter, and relevant privacy legislation (i.e., FIPPA, PHIPA).

Assists newcomer students to recognize job related skills and abilities and education required.

Minimum of five (5) years of comparable experience in an educational, human resources, employment service or counselling area.

Exceptional communication skills and community-based experience is required.

Provides assistance with applications to professional associations, on requirements, and processes, including advices on alternative careers.

Significant experience working with newcomer students or internationally trained professionals is essential.

Develops strategies to overcome sensitive issues related to individual employment barriers for newcomers.

Superior time management and organizational skills, ability to effectively manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

A minimum of two-year post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assist in determining program eligibility based on residency status in Canada, language levels, funder/program requirements, College policies.

Liaising with the division’s Associate Dean and Operations Manager as necessary to process part-time faculty contracts.

Experience in a postsecondary environment and familiarity with college registration processes is an asset.

Practical experience in an office environment including proficiency with word processing and data/spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Graduate degree or equivalent experience in jazz ensembles, jazz pedagogy, including free improvisation;
