Nature of Work:


We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistants to support CIPPIC in conducting privacy-related research specifically focused on emerging Extended Reality (XR) technologies. As a Research Assistant, you will work closely with our CIPPIC's attorneys, contributing to the exploration and analysis of the privacy implications of these innovative technologies. The candidate must possess excellent legal research and writing skills. The candidate must also have good organisational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to conduct interviews with industry stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of research in the intersection of privacy and XR, and to contribute to the development of policies and best practices in this rapidly evolving field.


Essential Qualifications:


An undergraduate degree in any discipline. The candidate must have completed one year of the JD program in French or English common law, or the droit civil program.
