Associate Manager of Publisher Relations

Partner with the Publisher Relations team on implementing initiatives and reporting.

Actively pursue knowledge of retail business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business.

You possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across the business

3 years of Human Resources experience; experience supporting stores a plus

Previous HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on employee relations.

Monitor and provide to salaried management, observations regarding cast behavior and performance.

As required, escalate any issues with VIP Cast Members to salaried VIP management for resolution.

Ensure all injuries and near misses are reported to the management team; submit incident reports as necessary.

Coordinate cast responsibilities during shifts.

Ensure the theatre is staffed to meet business requirements and adjust as required

Assist the theatre in achieving its budgetary requirements.
