Minimum of 6 months experience operating a stand-up forklift or order picking machine mandatory.

Fixed Shift: Sunday to Thursday 11:30am – 8pm

University or college marketing or communications graduate, or related field, previous experience in entertainment or events considered an asset

Strong communication and collaboration skills, maintaining a team mentality

Book advertising campaigns for shows hosting events at Canadian Tire Centre

Support Canadian Tire Centre Social channels by developing social strategy and executing content

Monitor Canadian Tire Centre Twitter and Facebook inboxes for fan questions, responding in a professional and timely manner

Maintain project management standards for the ongoing delivery of Workday commitments.

Provide project management and leadership support to Workday employee segment working committees (i.e. Retail and DC groups).

Partner with Manager, Communications and Change Management to ensure effective information flow and OCM alignment.

Project Management Professional or related discipline is considered an asset.

Coordinate and manage centralized tracking of all open Workday Project related issues.

Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution and escalate issues when required.

Experienced manager with a proven track record of strong procurement results

Core PM competencies: budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management,

Professional PM/Agile/SAFe designation or equivalent in education and experience is an asset

Opportunity for permanent hire upon completion of required hours

Loading/unloading rubber tires into and out of a warehouse

Lifting 30 - 50 lbs throughout a regular basis

Labelling, auditing, and inspecting warehouse product

Previous experience with commercial tires is an asset, but not required

Visually inspect all machinery and equipment to ensure safe operation

Mount, lift, and stack tires (50-100lbs)

Dismount/mount Commercial and AG Truck Tires

Load and unload delivery trucks as needed

Forklift license is an asset; will train otherwise

3-5 years of Project Management experience

Manage multiple new renewal investigations with varying stakeholders and different groups

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Facilitate and manage large scale brainstorm sessions

Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Create comprehensive project plans for implementing performance enhancement programs and initiatives at the store level

Building a team of high-performing individuals, including coaching, feedback and performance management

5+ years experience in retail in a variety of merchandising, planning or supply chain roles

Strong knowledge of forecasting principles and a passion for consumer products & retail

Demonstrated experience managing the priorities and work of others

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cause & effect impacts

Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear & concise explanations and establish consensus
