We are seeking a forklift operator with experience in operating a stand-up forklift or order picking machine, but if you have the passion to learn, we're ready to train you! The position is based in the bustling tire distribution center in Acheson, Alberta, offering a chance to be part of something big.

Advantages

• Fixed Shift: Sunday to Thursday 11:30am – 8pm
• Wage: $20/hr paid weekly.
• 4% Vacation Paid out every payday.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift or reach truck machine to unload / load items
• Other warehouse duties assigned, (Order picking, Cleaning and Organizing)
• Lifting up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Shipping and receiving duties
• Working actively and enthusiastically in a team to ensure the job is done in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and should have the ability to lift 50lbs
• Ok with heights
• Forklift ticket would be an asset
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating a stand-up forklift or order picking machine mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Safety conscience
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit.
