Previous experience performing off-site, on-call tire changes, inspections and repairs would be a definite asset

Basic math skills and computer program knowledge

Strong computer skills , knowledge of MS office and ability to learn new software

· Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical services, optimizing time management and resource allocation.

· Support management by fulfilling administrative tasks such as appointment booking, paperwork completion, and record maintenance.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tire Sales specifically relating to providing exceptional customer service, job costing, sales, invoicing, scheduling

Preference given to those candidates who have previous mechanical and tire sales experience

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, order processing, and service quality control.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with other departments within the company to optimize overall operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Manage relationships with tire suppliers and negotiate favourable pricing and terms.

• Strong technical knowledge of tires, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Work closely in collaboration with the installation Manager to identify the imperfections.

Minimum of one year experience in a similar position.

Good knowledge of French and English.

Assemble and balance the tires and wheels according to company standards.

If necessary, remove tires from wheels.

Make sure you have all the parts necessary to complete the installation.

University or college marketing or communications graduate, or related field, previous experience in entertainment or events considered an asset

Support Canadian Tire Centre Social channels by developing social strategy and executing content

Monitor Canadian Tire Centre Twitter and Facebook inboxes for fan questions, responding in a professional and timely manner

Team player dedicated to offering the best of their talent to support a Day / Night operation

Experience in Dispatch / Planning preferred but willing to train the right candidate

Experience with Vancouver port terminal systems, CN / CP Rail yard and systems

Med to high level excel skills

Moving over 50,000 FEU smoothly and efficiently through the Vancouver gateway

Opportunity for permanent hire upon completion of required hours

Loading/unloading rubber tires into and out of a warehouse

Lifting 30 - 50 lbs throughout a regular basis

Labelling, auditing, and inspecting warehouse product

Previous experience with commercial tires is an asset, but not required

Visually inspect all machinery and equipment to ensure safe operation

Mount, lift, and stack tires (50-100lbs)

Dismount/mount Commercial and AG Truck Tires

Load and unload delivery trucks as needed

Forklift license is an asset; will train otherwise
