The comprehensive inventory covers all makes & models from 100+ brands to cater to every demand of commercial vehicle. To cater to all the trailers & truck financing needs, we have a marvelous team of professionals by our side to ensure a hassle-free process and we would like to have more people join our team.
Currently we are looking for Tire Sales Lead to join our tires sales team.
:
· Share knowledge and provide detailed information about tires and technical expertise to customers to cultivate and expand existing and new business relationships.
· Implement innovative strategies to drive sales growth and actively seek out and experiment with new ideas.
· Continuously enhance and maintain a comprehensive understanding of both existing and new products and services, ensuring the ability to deliver accurate information to customers.
· Prepare and present service quotes to customers, obtain their approval, and communicate project timelines effectively.
· Conclude sales transactions and follow up with customers to assess their satisfaction with the service provided.
· Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical services, optimizing time management and resource allocation.
· Recommend tire service, alignment, wheel balance, and mechanical services to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
· Ensure accurate billing of all products to both external and internal customers.
· Support management by fulfilling administrative tasks such as appointment booking, paperwork completion, and record maintenance.
· Identify and cultivate new prospects, while maintaining ongoing interaction with existing commercial tire customers to drive sales of products and services.
· Foster a creative mindset to explore fresh ideas and methods for increasing sales.
· Maintain up-to-date records of customer requirements, purchases, and buying patterns through consistent follow-up.
· Deliver tires to customers as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
· Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience, fostering customer loyalty, and maximizing sales opportunities.
· Provide assistance to inside sales or service associates as required, surpassing customer expectations.
· Gather and process all relevant customer order information accurately into our computer system for record-keeping purposes.
· Support the receipt and transfer of goods, including unloading trucks, trailers, and warehouse stocking.
· Cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently
- Basic math skills and computer program knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to earn credibility and build strong relationships that will serve as an enabler in achieving a profitable business operation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment
- Strong computer skills , knowledge of MS office and ability to learn new software
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tire Sales specifically relating to providing exceptional customer service, job costing, sales, invoicing, scheduling
- Preference given to those candidates who have previous mechanical and tire sales experience
- Highly organized, attentive to details and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paste environment
- Effective teamwork and collaboration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $24.00 per hour
