Technical Implementation Advisor Jobs

Assume full ownership of incoming client calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and a consistent positive customer experience.

Develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s products, tools and services to best support customer requests and needs

• One year of experience in all aspects of IT Incidents and Problem Management activities.

• Assist Senior Technicians with a variety of tasks (ordering, onboarding, projects, workflow management, etc.) as needed.

• University degree/College diploma in related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

• Demonstrated ability for end-user support and customer service skills and can manage client expectations.

• Understanding of ITIL methodologies, ITIL® v3 Certification desirable.

5-7 years of working experience related to the required skills and abilities

Indigenous knowledge or experience is strongly preferred

Strong working experience at a community level on cumulative effects and how that translates at different scales

Experience working in with an Indigenous community

3-5 years of working experience in cumulative effects

Working experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and SalesForce an asset

● Work independently without supervision to design and implement solutions for large complex business requirements

● Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry

● Work directly with clients to design solutions around application architecture, API, security, and interacting applications

● Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion

● Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans

● Participate in triage activities to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to resolve the situation

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Assess and analyze technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions to meet business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry certifications and credentials to maintain a high level of technical expertise.

5-7 years experience as a Technical Advisor working in a client facing environment

Proven work experience as a Technical Advisor, Technical Consultant, or similar role.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

Advise supervisors and the training team about technical training requirements for technicians.

More than 7 years of direct Liebherr equipment experience.

Previous experience using LiDAT and LISA is required.

Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components

Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, component exchange, repair and warranty related activities

Minimum 7 years of relevant business experience in a technical, consulting, project management or other industry role pertaining to sectors specified.

As a subject matter expert, stays up to date knowledge on existing and emerging technologies, developments, competitive landscape and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Degree, diploma or training in Business, Finance or related discipline.

Power Generation (renewables and non-renewables)

Delivers technical and commercial advice to internal clients.

Experience with document management and production is an asset

2+ years experience in software development or technical support role

Experience working on web applications, XML web services, and/or web servers is an asset

Experience working with SQL Server Integration Services is an asset

Experience working with issue-tracking tools and source control systems.

Experience using JIRA, and MS Sharepoint is an asset

Requires high level of organizational and territory management skills

Manage own planning of all on-site and remote activities in collaboration with supervisor and team members.

High university degree in technical or electronics or equal knowledge via experience (5 years minimum).

Field engineer: 5 or more years of applicable experience or min. 3 years as a Field Service Representative

Demonstrated strong personal interactive skills
