Experience working with businesses focused on operational excellence or just-in-time delivery.

Demonstrated commitment to personal development, including relevant courses, books, or mentorship experiences.

Support the end-to-end execution of brand marketing programs like Shopify Milestones, Shopify Supply and others, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Knowledge of operational management principles within a fast paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Organizational and collaboration skill to manage multiple and changing functional and service priorities.

Analytical problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess and respond quickly to evolving emergency situations.

Strong communication skills to build cooperative working relationships with external stakeholders.

Four (4) years’ progressive experience in a transportation control center or related experience.

Environmental, safety, and/or regulatory transportation courses or certifications.

Post secondary education in business administration, finance or equivalent experience

Exceptional time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks while managing competing deadlines

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities

2 – 4 years office experience, finance experience an asset

Manage vendor accounts including set up and vendor statement reconciliations

Manage vendor and employee inquiries related to invoices and payments

Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.

Support education and training of trades with industry and other related organizations.

Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.

Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data

Be laser-focused on the customer journey from initial application to timely and accurate payments of rebates.

Identify barriers and bottlenecks and implement customer feedback to evolve our program processes.

Monthly specials (LTO) downloads, updates, changes and support to advise buyers and managers for long buys.

Experience as a Liquor Store Associate or retail experience is an asset

Experience with CRM and POS systems (Barnett and Profitek POS system an asset)

Excellent communication, people, and customer service skills

Must have solid basic math skills

Intermediate computer skills (including typing and MS office products – Word, Excel & Outlook)

Strong analytical approach, budget management skills

Creation of Purchase Orders as per requirement

Submit payment requests to finance

Follow up with project managers with all processes handled

1 to 3 years of related business experience.

End to end Purchase Order process

BS or MBA in Business, Technology, General Management, or equivalent work experience.

Develop and execute on internal communications, change management and training and program marketing and growth

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with executive leaders, mid-level managers, interviewing and cross-functional teams and third parties.

Manage delivery plan to support live training sessions

Experienced with high impact, transformational program or product launch and adoption of a new and progressive, cross organizational program

Experience managing highly visible, large-scale, strategic initiatives

Proven analytical problem solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills

0 – 2 years of professional experience working in an operations area

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports

Experience with PC Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

3.0+ GPA in CAN / US or 80%+ in Mexico

Be willing to enroll in the full 3-year program (starting July 2022)
