We have two sides to the business:

1 - 280+ Bitcoin ATMs around Canada. Our Bitcoin ATMs are located in prominent shopping centres, cafes, convenience stores and other retail operations. They enable customers to buy bitcoin with cash and send it directly to their personal bitcoin wallet.

2 - The Bitcoin Portal. This is our newest business unit which allows Canadians to buy and sell bitcoin with Interac e-Transfer and use bitcoin to pay their bills and buy gift cards. The most important function of our Bitcoin Portal is that we do not hold our customer's bitcoin at any point in the transaction. Immediately upon purchase bitcoin is sent to the customer’s personal bitcoin wallet. Our Bitcoin Portal is a high-growth business unit that is designed to scale and offers the fastest and safest way to buy bitcoin in the country. Recently, we launched limited services in the USA.

Position Overview:

As an Operations Support Specialist at Bitcoin Well, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our operations. We're seeking an individual with a "can-do" attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain the integrity of our systems.
• Deliver exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Provide essential operational assistance across various facets of the company.
• Assist in basic ATM repairs, ensuring our products are functioning optimally.

Qualifications:

• A University Degree or Diploma is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer support or operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and a willingness to learn new software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
