It Support Senior Technician Jobs

Previous IT technical support work experience in a busy office environment is preferred.

Detailed-oriented with strong technical aptitude, including intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.

Minimum of 3 years previous experience working as IT Tech. Support or Help Desk Tech.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification would be very advantageous.

Experience with PC and Server/Storage Hardware.

Working Knowledge of Network switches and cabling.
