* Do you have three (3) years of progressive experience in medical billing and collections using computerized practice management software applications?

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Must be knowledgeable of current Medicare/Medicaid and HMO commercial insurance’s regulations.

Must be proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Experience with EPIC , and Navinet.

Physical Demands: Standing, sitting, walking, talking or hearing. No special vision requirements.

Participates as a member of CSS Management Team in planning, problem resolution, quality improvement and review of service delivery performance.

Degree or Diploma in Human Services/Social Services program or equivalent. Nursing experience and education is an asset.

2 – 5 years experience in the Social Services/Health Sector; experience coordinating services for people with disabilities highly desirable

Community based experience working with individuals with physical disabilities/seniors

Assist the Site Leader with timekeeping requirements for CDMS (Contractor Data Management System) and ensure weekly timesheets are submitted on time.

Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

Experience: Over 5 years of relevant work experience required or equivalent experience through education.

Identify process improvements and efficiencies that will benefit the customer and SGS.

Assist Site Leader in ensuring proper training and certification of all employees to MOT, OSHA, TDG, MARSEC and customer guidelines.

Previous experience in a Petroleum Refinery field would be a strong asset.

Comprehensive knowledge of community nursing theory and practice within a client family-centred model of care.

Demonstrated ability in dealing with a variety of situations and responsibilities requiring initiative, creativity and professional judgment.

Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.

Support & guide case management staff with the development and execution of Coordinated Care and Case Plans for clients.

Support with implementing the operational responsibilities of programs/services/initiatives.

Support Manager with recruitment processes for new staff

Support the Manager with the planning and implementation of staff development.

Support Manager in the development of strategies to address tenancy and building issues.
