We Help You Find Opportunities

On behalf of a long-term client to Carecor, the March of Dimes Canada, we are seeking a senior Supervisor for the Toronto Community Support Services of MODC. It’s a 12 month Contract for 21 hours per week, and after a month of orientation can likely be done one day per week remotely. The MODC will provide a free laptop and a free smartphone.

The location is fairly central Toronto in the Bloor West region, and halfway through the year might be based in downtown Toronto. Three Team Leaders that provide the bulk of the training, and 3 Scheduling Coordinators will report to you, and your team includes about 5 dozen PSWs and other care providers delivering in-home support services.

About The Employer

Since 1951, starting with the polio epidemic, March of Dimes Canada has been at the forefront of the disability movement. We are focused on a bold vision of enhancing services, financing the vision, building partnerships, and creating an appropriate and sustainable infrastructure. Through the MODC Culture Code, they live the values of: We Are One Team, We Are Accountable to Ourselves and Each Other, and We Adapt and Grow Together.
