Qualifications:

• The selected candidate is expected to perform aesthetic injectable procedures on patients, using only top quality products and is also expected to educate patients on skin treatments and skincare products.
• We hold very high standards with the services we provide to our patients and as such are looking for high performers with technical, service and sales skills to fit our team.
• The Cosmetic Nurse injector must be able to build relationships with clients; a critical skill to build a thriving, non surgical aesthetic practice.
• We are a fast growing Medical Spa located in Toronto and we are seeking an RPN/RN to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, client-focused and goal-oriented.
• There will be a training period to set these goals and expectations and acclimate to the clinic environment.
• They will provide the highest level of patient safety, experience, result satisfaction and ideally have an existing clientele.
• The right candidate should be knowledgeable in facial anatomy and preferred to have a minimum of one (1) year experience injecting neurotoxin and Filler injections along with skincare treatments including laser and aesthetics.
• We are looking for someone long-term, who seeks a career in aesthetic services and a willingness to grow with the practice.
• The Cosmetic Nurse will have a functional understanding of the day-to-day clinic functions and be responsible for performing their own consults and procedures; which includes both aesthetic injectable treatments and skin treatments. We are looking for high achievers dedicated to building a client base and work as a team player to achieve the overall practice goals.

Requirements:

• High passionate about skincare and recognition of the significance of home care products and specific protocols in achieving healthy skin
• Adept in device/laser treatments, prioritizing safety and clear communication to properly manage patient expectations
• Must be devoted to delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Must Have Injectable, Laser and Aesthetics Training and Certification
• RPN/RN holding an active license in Ontario and current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Committed to the well-being of patients, valuing long-term relationships and assisting them in attaining their goals
• Must have strong knowledge of Facial Anatomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset to effectively manage time while also being open to collaborative efforts in business development
• Possession of Sales Experience is a plus
• Diligence in maintaining high standards of sanitation, paying attention to every detail before and after treatments
