Staff Marketing Ux Designer Jobs

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

3+ years’ experience in User Interface designs

Demonstrated experience conducting iterative design proof-of-concepts / wireframes in Figma

Experience with industry principles like google material design, IOS Human Interface Guidelines etc.

Experience in developing code using JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React

Demonstrated experience developing systems using client-side liparies (Bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript), HTML5/CSS3

Experience with supporting Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) / AODA

Experience with team collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, Bitbucket or gitlab

Experience with wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc (http://Wireframe.cc), Axure, Sketch, Adobe photoshop

A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience

Experience in facilitating User Research and Usability testing. Accessibility compliance testing is a plus.

Hands on experience as Sr UI Designer / Lead; 5-8 years of experience

Experience of creating and driving visual design strategy, deign practices and principles.

In depth experience as designer for enterprise software, responsive web apps, and defining in-house style guides and documenting standards.

Manage multiple project timelines - Handle a full pipeline of projects with competing deadlines and check-in points

Outstanding visual design skills and understand how to design creative that makes people look, click, and convert

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and leveraging data to inform design decisions

Knowledge of marketing funnel and phases of the buyer journey and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
