Staff Marketing Ux Designer Jobs in Nova Scotia

Hands on experience as Sr UI Designer / Lead; 5-8 years of experience

Experience of creating and driving visual design strategy, deign practices and principles.

In depth experience as designer for enterprise software, responsive web apps, and defining in-house style guides and documenting standards.

Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.

Design eye-catching marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and print collateral.

Develop on-brand visual assets that align with our brand guidelines.

Work on creative concepts and campaign ideas to support various marketing initiatives.

Strong experience as a UX Designer working in an Agile environment

Knowledge of healthcare systems in Canada

Experience translating research insights into design artefacts

Translate research insights into appropriate design artefacts

Iterate designs based on internal reviews and customer feedback

Monitor the success of implemented features and gather feedback regularly

8+ years’ experience in user experience, interaction design, or similar

Experience designing for business software, web and mobile technology

Experience working on business-to-business solutions is preferred

Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
