Figma: This candidate should know Figma inside and out.
UX Design: This candidate should have an excellent understanding of user experience and design their journey through the process.
Research Abilities: The candidate should have strong research skills, being capable of conducting user research, surveys, and interviews to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience. This will allow them to design more intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
UX Writing Skills: Good UX writing is crucial to guide users within our product, improving the overall user experience.
Knowledge of Accessibility and Inclusion: The candidate should understand the principles of accessible and inclusive design to ensure our products are user-friendly for all.
What You’ll Be Working On
We are building a software platform that will act as a two-sided marketplace between people with unused space for business purposes (office, storage, medical) and people looking for more flexible options for their space.
The platform will also provide some additional value and workflows to enable property owners to be more efficient in utilizing their assets.
