Senior Technical Copy Writer Jobs

At least 5+ years of technical or business writing experience

They must demonstrate experience creating content in an engineering, IT, or technical environment

Senior Technical Writer – Mandatory Skills

Possess strong organizational and project management skills.

Manage projects, priorities and deadlines, build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal teams.

A degree or equivalent post-secondary education with a focus in translation strongly preferred.

5+ years experiences in translation required, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Supporting all channels and providing quality, accurate and timely translations (from English to French).

Provide channels with language and terminology solutions, resolving any linguistic challenges.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Client’s business, and develop positive, productive relationships with all members of both the Client and Agency teams

Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Knowledge, background, and/or interest in science and medicine

8+ years of healthcare copywriting experience, including HCP tactics

3-4 years of supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of agency/copy/editorial process

Experience in using content management systems, and content production processes to publish content

Understand content lifecycle management and can advocate for it amongst complex groups of product/service stakeholders.

Experience designing content to meet user needs and make complex, technical language and process simple to understand

Experience with medium-to-large sized product development / service design projects

Experience with Figma user interface design software

Master’s or bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

5-10 years of experience in technical writing and documentation development
