Support development and adherence to financial, fraud-prevention and risk management controls through the Procurement process.

Prepare and draft non-complex contract terms, working with legal department to ensure all terms are compliant and meet business requirements.

Ensure negotiations are authorized and planned taking into consideration the requirements of all parties and organization objectives.

Develop sourcing strategies for business units using industry analysis, business knowledge, competitive analysis and sourcing expertise.

Identify, research and prioritize possible sourcing opportunities through internal spend analysis, knowledge of business unit, potential savings and/or business need.

Good (external and internal) relationship management and cross-functional leadership skills

Significantly reduced third party risks with active risk management implemented for each IT sourcing initiative

Deep understanding of contract terms and contractual language; proven skills and experience in drafting / redlining contracts

Experience of contracting for agile application development services and managed application services

Provide support and coaching to Sourcing Managers within the Technology Sourcing teams

Have 5 - 10+ years of general sourcing experience

5+ years of experience in financial services and risk management projects primarily in business analysis

Experience implementing new, large scale risk management solution(s)

Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills

Support change management activities (documentation, communication and product demos)

Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders (Banking and Credit), technology partners and other functions (Audit, Enterprise Reporting, Finance, Data Governance)
