Prioritize and perform daily customer service tasks including:

Proven experience (8+ years) in global supply chain management within the mining, minerals, or heavy industry sectors.

In-depth knowledge of procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, and supplier management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proficiency in supply chain management software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.

Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.

Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

7+ years of experience in supply chain finance, financial analysis, accounting and/or relevant experience

Manage the full process of the annual budget for manufacturing by providing targets and challenging the business to achieve stretch goals

Bachelor’s in finance, engineering or accounting is required

Demonstrated ability to manage time and projects effectively and with a sense of urgency

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI & PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal communication skills required to explain financial performance through storytelling.

Responsible to manage the financial forecasting process. Ensure consistency between performance metrics results and forecasted costs.

Preferably +5 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting and/or relevant experience.

Ensure material drive supports the product ramp to ensure a flawless transition to the production demand management team

Manage NPI material flow and transactions between sites / warehouse locations and CMs

Manage, evaluate, and negotiate purchasing contracts and procurement processes for the mining sector, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring the establishment of long-term partnerships.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive insights and drive decision making.

Strong knowledge and expertise in supply chain systems, including WMS, TMS, and inventory management systems.

Experience in change management methodologies and driving organizational change.

Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within established timelines.

Focus upon strategic and key continuous improvement opportunities throughout the supply chain, through innovative processes, technologies, system enhancements, and workforce management.

Evaluate, implement, and enhance supply chain systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management systems.

Lead and support change management initiatives related to supply chain strategy and projects.
