Senior Auditor Wealth Management Jobs in Manitoba

Previous experience managing or supporting Wealth Management projects (i.e. PM, Tech Roles, Business Roles, etc)

Advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management and working knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies

Project/Program Management certifications (e.g. PMP and/or PgMP)

Effectively manage IT project deliverables on a large Reporting Wealth Program

Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements and tracks value for effective decision-making

Proven experience managing large scale Reporting projects and their integration with applications in a Financial Institution

Working closely with managers and partners to complete audit, review and NTR engagements.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within Audit.

Experience with Audit, Review and Notice to Reader engagements in a variety of Industries

Experience with various software (MS Office, Caseware, Tax Prep).

Strong communication skills in English.

Lead field engagement teams, coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of business and related risk management requirements and legislative/ regulatory directives and guidance.

In-depth / expert knowledge of Wealth Management regulatory requirements.

In-depth / expert knowledge operational risk management practices - specifically non financial risk(ONFR) and/or credit

In-depth / expert knowledge of the Wealth Management business / product portfolio.

Leads/participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Actively share knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team members

Fostering and encouraging Advisors and Relationship Managers to incorporate financial planning in their business model.

Championing the value, benefits and outcomes of financial planning to both advisors/RMs and clients.

Presentation skills particularly related to financial matters including the ability to present complex financial concepts in an easily understood manner

Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to quickly build relationships and trust.

Expert knowledge of financial planning software (Naviplan) in order to prepare financial plans

Experience in Wealth Management & Investments

Provides discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process

Works in collaboration with the journey owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application requirements

Works ahead of the delivery team to elicit requirements for next iteration’s user stories

Can visualize business needs / requirements as user stories

Time-boxed requirement gathering from the right mix of stakeholders

Ability to speak with Wealth Management business stakeholders and also collaborate and discuss requirements with technology stakeholders

5+ years of Wealth Management/Capital Markets experience; Understanding of Mutual Funds and related platforms such as Broadridge and FundServ

Experience working on CFR related regulatory projects as a BA in the Wealth Management domain

Wealth Management BA - Regulatory

6+ years of Business Analyst experience working at enterprise financial corporations

Experience with Agile Development Cycle

Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Strong problem solving skills. Analytical thinker who can decompose complex issues into components and perform root cause analysis.

Provide assistance to other members of the Professional Services team and pro-actively develop and share best practices.

Basic command of SQL and understanding of relational databases. Familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is a plus.
