Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veritext products, services, policies and best practices

2+ years of inside sales/client service and/or paralegal experience

Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and confident presence

Naturally skilled at building relationships and establishing a rapport with clients

3 to 5 years successful sales experience in healthcare industry in Canada, preferably in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) industry

Experience in regular dealings with physicians and clinical providers

Excellent presentation and writing skills

Experienced in selling SaaS within healthcare considered an asset

Professional Sales certification(s) is an asset

5+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience preferably with large Enterprise/Fortune 500 SaaS organizations

Experience with expanding clients across large enterprise deals, preferably with HCM/ATS/LMS products 

Curiosity and skill in aligning product use cases to business/organizational challenges and opportunities

Experience resolving and communicating tactfully, both internally and externally, about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a confident, compelling communicator and presenter

Ability to manage multiple customers and issues simultaneously, across different time-zones and countries

• Proficient computer skills, with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Windows, and PowerPoint

Excellent Interpersonal skills for a large client base, yet a smaller personalized work environment.

2 + years of quota carrying B2B account management Sales experience in Telecom, VoIP, Networking or IT
