2-3 years (or more) previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred

· 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager within the finance sector is recommended but not required

· Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

· Previous Sales experience a benefit

· Previous experience in qualifying and closing leasing products a benefit

· Heavy equipment, transportation, energy services or construction equipment experience is a benefit

· BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance preferred

Experience using CRM and Sales Opportunity Management tools

Experience in the AV or IT sectors required, one year minimum, both ideal.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ongoing In-House Training & Education Courses (Lifelong learning)

Maintain positive relationships with key decision makers in each account as well as build additional relationships within the account.

Develop territory plans including target accounts, key account personnel, competitive analysis, account background and tactical steps required to win business.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and all aspects of supplier relationship management

Strong time management / planning and executional skills

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, distribution and technical service department

Develop and present product knowledge seminars to existing and prospective customers

Knowledge of the tire industry in Canada

Experience in the automotive, transportation or retail industry

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in outside sales, sales support/customer service or business-to-business sales.

Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to resolve problems in a timely fashion.
